Cevolve is created by blending smocking patterns. Smocking is an old technique of pulling fabric into certain folds with threads. During this project my team and I started to blend these patterns to see how this would look in the final result. Based on data the smocking pattern is altered over a jacket. The smocking threads are replaced with elastic, now when you stretch the fabric it becomes see through, revealing the growth of my personal confidence in moments when I feel down and try to hide.
